Foodies – Not just another lemon tree – The lemon tree deli

In Walvis Bay the craving for something deliciously fishy is ever lingering in the back of any hungry person’s mind. And why not, seeing this is our number-one port and entrance point for the freshest of fish.

And this is how Belinda Burger, Donelia Esterhuizen and The Lemon Tree Deli came to be. With their aim being ‘to show people how amazingly tasty healthy food can be’, and ‘to make use of the wonderful food available to us from our own waters’, they opened Walvis Bay’s very first deli shop, complete with the best (and only) sushi selection in town.
