In a statement, Jan Van der Putten, Hilton Worldwide vice president of operations – Africa and Indian Ocean said “We are honoured to be recognised as Namibia’s Leading Hotel … by the prestigious World Travel Awards. The accolade is tribute to our team member’s dedication and passion in providing an exceptional guest experience.”

The hotel’s offering includes five food & beverage outlets, a spa, fitness centre with gym, heated rooftop pool, fiver meeting venues and executive lounge with panoramic city views.

Other Namibian establishments nominated for Namibia’s Leading Hotel award included: Heinitzburg Castle, Swakopmund Hotel & Entertainment Centre and the Windhoek Country Club and Resort.
