July 23, 2014Namibia Wildlife Resorts (NWR) has strengthened its team with Epson Kasuto as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Fransiska Nghitila as its Environmental and Compliance Specialist as of 7 July 2014.
Mr. Kasuto joins the team with extensive travel and tourism experience from the industry. Prior to joining NWR, he was the Coordinator for the Bachelors of Arts (Honours Programme) in Tourism at the University of Namibia (UNAM) and a lecturer.
He holds an MBA in International Tourism Management from the Bremen University of Applied Sciences in Germany and is a Doctoral candidate. “My main focus will be to ensure that marketing and sales remains effective ‘veins and arteries’ that ensure maximum revenue to meet profitability goals of NWR” says Epson.
Ms. Nghitila joins the team with a keen interest in seeing NWR going green at its resorts. “Having worked at the City of Windhoek and the Desert Research Foundation of Namibia, I have gained the necessary experience to ensure NWR upholds environmental regulations thereby reducing environmental impacts for a healthier environment” says Fransiska.
She holds an MSc in Environmental Hydrology from the International Institute for Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation from the Netherlands along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Human Physiology from the University of Namibia.
