NTB app up for best travel app

An App designed for the Namibia Tourism Board (NTB) in Frankfurt, “Entdecke Namibia – Discover Namibia” has been nominated for the Best Travel App of the Year by the German magazine ‘Die Welt’.

The NTB app is one of 27 other Apps which stand a chance to win the top spot in the competition. Other Apps up for the prize include those developed by Lufthansa and Expedia. 

The NTB Frankfurt App was developed during the past year. According to Gitta Paetzold, from the Hospitality Association of Namibia, the team behind the App development “worked meticulously at the concept, content and functions of this app, and is proud to be amongst the top nominees”.
