December 5, 2013The N$41 million refurbishment project at the Popa Falls Camp in the Kavango East region was concluded this month with the re-opening of the camp to visitors last week.
The camp, situated on the banks of the Kavango river, is situated in the Popa Falls Game Reserve and is situated 15 kilometres from the Mahango Game Reserve.
The camp was closed by Namibia Wildlife Resorts for renovations earlier this year, in order to upgrade its facilities to meet international tourist standards.
