The following list of 23 Team Namibia ingredients consists of the only products allowed to be used in the recipes submitted by entrants in the competition. (Read the rules of the competition and more about the judges)

The challenge is brand-specific in order to verify that the ingredients are Team Namibia products.

This list has also been endorsed by the President of the Namibian Chefs Association.
